Good App. Good but not great. For everyone who is having problems with their app when the either update it or need to reconnect the camera to the viewing app. I was experiencing the same problems after switching wifi connection. I kept getting device offline error. It wasn’t until I went to the apps storage and cleared the cache as well as any and all data related to the app. Basically like starting fresh with a new install. I did that and reset the camera itself by pressing the reset button.

Very easy to connect, first dowoad the app, then you have to connect the camera to the phone via wifi, once is connected to the phone then on the camera settings you can add your home router settings and voila. The only thing that I wish is that there was a way to change the clock format, I am not a fond of a military time. Works great!

The first camera that I received had a problem connecting. I contacted the email provided in the manual that says thank you on the cover. I was provided with excellent customer service. My camera was replaced because it wasn’t working properly. The new one is great. I’m very happy with it. It was very easy to connect and I will be buying more. I recommend this mini cam. I love that it’s magnetic, easy to conceal in many places. The picture is clear and crisp, good night vision.

If another person scanned the QR code from the sticker on the bottom of the camera onto their phone and set it up to their WI-FI, will that person have illegal access to my camera? Could they change the password to what they want it to be. I believe another person did this because I could not change the password. I had to uninstall the app, reinstall it, reset the camera using the reset button. Then I changed the default password. But could that person do the same with the QR code.

I have installed this app on my phone and works perfectly fine. Now I intend to install it on my laptop but unfortunately, the message shows that it cannot be installed on this device (laptop). Can someone guide me what and how to do it please. I am using Windows 10 pro. Thank you

After reporting a few bugs, these appear to have been resolved. The app works great and proving extremely useful for covert security surveillance. Definitely worth it. Thank you, Developers.

Was working great now big chunks of recordings are vanishing. Not sure what’s going on. Can you check your end. Once again this issue. Stuck on a date a week ago.

Thank you for the update, I can access my videos. My phone can not access cloud but I can see them through sd file which is just the same and better for me. This way you miss nothing and I can still download if I want too. I didn’t want to buy another cam so again I say THANK YOU.

Took a bit to figure out. But it works and runs great.. the only thing I don’t know is, when you download the videos from the SD card, where does it save on the phone?

This app is for stealing information threw your wifi after I installed I kepted getting pop ups saying I wasnt signed in very clever but not smart enuff.
